 Emer'Gen-c Lite!, 2007-05-12
I use the Emer'Gen-C Lite everyday. I don't do sugar, so this is the best! I'm certain it helps me ward off colds when everyone around me is ill. In cold and flu season, or heavy activity days, I do it twice a day. Have finally gotten my husband to use it daily...a non-vitamin believer. Helps when he is feeling under the weather too.

Better for you than Gatorade, 2006-05-14
For anyone who needs to drink more electrolytes - whether you are an athlete or due to illness, this contains no sugar or unnatural chemicals or preservatives. It readily dissolves into the minerals in water. If you stomach is upset and the acidity would be a problem, though, you can dissolve it in some unfiltered apple juice. The pectin in the apples will coat your stomach, so the vitamin C doesn't upset it. In apple juice, it wiil take some stirring to get it all dissolved, but it tastes great!

I like this product, but the "sale" price is higher than the regular price. That's pretty weird.
